Editor's take choice 3 of 4 in Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castle tours
The 11 hour private tour from Munich includes Neuschwanstein Castle entry. Your group can contain up to 8 people. Hohenschwangau Castle admission needs a separate agreement before booking.
Your ticket: €246 per person for 11 hours, or €226 for 9 hours 30 minutes, against €21 for Neuschwanstein Castle admission alone. Both options include a private minivan and pickup within Munich. Extra time gives more room for stops agreed with your guide.
Linderhof Palace is available on request with the longer day, or as a replacement for Hohenschwangau Castle on the shorter day. Lunch and tips remain separate. Book it if you want a private route with time for requested stops.

- The Ticket Center's FAQ allows regular backpacks and handbags, excluding bulky luggage and hiking backpacks. The Ticket Center's family page provides courtyard storage for strollers. Strollers cannot enter the rooms. Photography and filming inside are prohibited by the castle's visitor information page.
- Snow and ice can stop the shuttle bus and close the bridge. The carriage to the second castle stops in winter on the Hohenschwangau Castle tours page. Count back: allow for the hill and transport queues before your castle slot.
