  • The Ticket Center's FAQ allows regular size backpacks and handbags inside Neuschwanstein Castle, excluding bulky luggage. The Ticket Center's family page allows prams in courtyard storage. The castle's visitor information page prohibits photography inside the castle.
  • The tour requires moderate fitness and walking if the shuttle bus is unavailable. Snow or ice stops the shuttle bus. Cancelling your booking brings no refund. Your food and drinks are paid separately.
